I’m not the cheapest barber — and that’s on purpose. I have years of experience, I know my craft and I respect my trade.
I like getting the details right, and making sure your hair still looks good weeks later.
A calm and easy place.No rushing. No conveyor belt. No awkward energy.
If you just want in and out as fast as possible, I might not be your person.
But if you want a barber you can relax with and stick with long-term — you’ll feel at home here.

Hello! I'm Laura and I'm a second generation barber that has been a part of this industry since the tender age of 14 working Saturdays’. Having been in the industry as a professional since 1998, I still regularly attend seminars, trade shows and training events. I strongly believe that every day is a school day and there is always something new to learn.

I am a neurodivergent friendly barber, being ADHD myself and my children being on the spectrum, I have a lifetime of experience, a heap of patience and a whole lot of compassion for neurodivergent customers that struggle in salon environments. I will happily cut your hair in comfortable silence or listen with interest if you want to talk to me about your favourite things and hyper fixation. I also offer appointments on days where the salon is quiet and you will be the only client during your appointment time. 

My passion and pride in my industry and work is evident in me becoming a State Registered Senior Barber and member of the British Master Barber Alliance. My standards of cleanliness and hygiene are high and I would love to see the industry become regulated properly. I have  also completed The Lions Barber Collective BarberTalk training to help any of my customers with mental health issues. I am here to listen, talk to and have a laugh with any and all of my customers at any time. Being a barber is so much more than just cutting hair.
